For headlines that are bigger than body text. Just like the blue one seen here. We mostly use "Regular" and "Medium".

Encode Sans Semi Expanded

Same as "Encode Sans Normal" but this is hosted on Google. Used for websites and Google Docs stuff.

Open Sans

For body text and small headlines with same size. Just like this small text here. Also used in our POS UI for pretty much everything.
